Not having been involved with dogs at all before Max arrived it soon became apparent that we needed some expert advice. Bert helped us to understand how to get the best out of our very enthusiatic Labrador. I was amazed how quickly Max would do what we wanted him to do - well most of the time! My only regret is that we didn't meet Bert until Max was a year old.
